Refund policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all purchases are final and non-refundable once the digital product has been downloaded, accessed, or delivered.

Before purchasing, please carefully review the product description and system or software requirements. If you experience a technical issue, receive an incorrect file, or cannot access your purchase, contact us at simoouchen1200@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a replacement file when appropriate.

Exceptions

A refund may be considered if:

• You were charged more than once for the same product.
• You received the wrong digital product.
• The digital file is defective and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
• The product was not delivered and cannot be accessed.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and include your order number and proof of purchase.

European Union Customers

If you are located in the European Union, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, this right may end once you expressly agree to receive immediate access to the digital product and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal when the download or delivery begins.

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
